The Tray-dec composite floor design software is an Excel based programme in accordance with the new building standard in composite structures; simply input all relevant parameters and all calculations take place immediately.
The software is supplied with a complete set of instructions.

ABOUT TRAYDEC
Supplied to, and trusted by the construction industry for more than 30 years, Tray-dec products are manufactured to comply with the latest building standard in steel composite structures AS/NZS 2327:2017.
- The composite action of our steel flooring and concrete produces a floor which is very strong and light in weight
- All profiles interlock with adjacent trays acting both as tensile reinforcement and permanent formwork for a concrete slab
- Designed to maximise load carrying capacity and reduce the requirement for temporary propping.
- Cold rolled from high strength zinc-coated steel coil conforming to AS 1397-2011
- All coatings are to class Z275, giving a minimum coating mass of 275g/m²
- Available in any length, subject to limitations of available transport (the maximum recommended length is 12m).

INSTALLATION
Our installation teams are equipped with the know-how and tools to install all Tray-dec profiles and to weld Nelson shear studs.
Our teams are fully trained and certified in height safety. They have the experience, tools, safety equipment and expertise to provide a quality job every time. Installation teams are also certified stud welders. Please visit the stud welding tab for more information.
DIY
When quoting projects, we can offer a supply and installation service or a supply only option if you choose to install Tray-dec products yourself. If supply only is preferred, our builders guides can be found in the resources page for a complete list of instructions.
